How listening to your gut and assessing your energy each day can really help you focus on the best task for that day…..don’t be a slave to your to do list, instead make it work for you.
This week I’m talking about how to use that gut intuition to help guide your intention. Too often we forge ahead with what we think we ‘should’ be doing but if you listen to your intuition and external signs it can be a powerful combination for more focused, heartfelt and authentic intentions.
I know that some people are finding it really hard to motivate themselves in their creative work, so in the week of mental health awareness, I think we need to practice some kindness to ourselves, others and access the wonderful creative support out there at the moment.
